- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
With cranberries, pecans, and holiday spices, this White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge is perfect for holiday parties and git giving!
- Line a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with parchment paper.
- Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in microwaveable bowl. I used a large glass measuring cup because it has an easy pouring spout.
Microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 3-4 minutes. You will need to stop and stir the mixture a couple times during cooking.
Stir in spices, vanilla, cranberries and nuts as soon as you take the mixture out of the microwave. Mix well.
Pour into glass baking dish, and refrigerate for about 3 hours or until it is completely set. Cut into 24 squares.
